Salto Advisers strengthens the team with two new advisors to meet strong demand growth

Salto Advisers enters 2025 strengthened with the appointment of advisors Anna Rotheim (27) and Haavard Wiken Lund (27). Both bring valuable expertise to the company, which is experiencing increased demand for services within Investor Relations and financial communications.

- First and foremost, it is thanks to many exciting clients and their important capital market assignments that Salto has made a clear mark on the market since January last year. Clients like that we strive to set a new standard for the Investor Relations craft, and we strongly believe that the combination of analysis, capital market experience and strategic insight produces good results. With the appointment of the advisory talents Anna and Haavard, we are even better equipped to tackle next year, says Mats Samdahl Weltz, CEO and partner at Salto Advisers.

Salto Advisers worked with approximately 30 different companies in 2024 – with a predominance of listed companies on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The advisory firm is involved in capital market days, IPO and capital raising processes, financial reporting and handling of ongoing liabilities for listed companies, among other things.

In February 2025, Salto Advisers will move into the former US Embassy at Solli Plass in Oslo.

Strong professional talents on board

Both Wiken Lund and Rotheim will start at Salto Advisers in February. Anna Rotheim comes from the audit and advisory company EY, where she has worked as an auditor for the past 2.5 years, especially with real estate clients. Among other things, she will contribute with financial reporting and ongoing capital market communication for Salto's clients. Anna holds a Master of Science in Economics from BI Norwegian School of Business.

Haavard Wiken Lund is brought in from the listing department of Euronext Oslo Børs, and will assist in the listing and transaction processes, and as an advisor to listed companies and their framework conditions. Haavard holds a Master in Corporate Finance from Bayes Business School in London, and a Bachelor in Finance from BI Norwegian School of Business.

Challenging capital markets increase demands for structured IR work

The Oslo Stock Exchange is up about 9 percent so far this year, but with major repercussions for various industries and companies. Geopolitical unrest, higher interest rates and higher volatility are putting pressure on companies.

- More and more customers are experiencing that complexity has increased in recent years. In order to maintain trust in the market, greater demands are placed on clarity and continuity in companies' capital market communication, especially communication of business model and strategy. Here we often have a role together with customers, and I believe that we have a very strong team of professionals to solve these tasks, he says.
